I was so fit that I studied to become a personal trainer. The pandemic hit, I stopped going to the gym and my slow creep became an avalanche. Now I’m 20-30 lbs heavier than I’d like to be.
I’ve grown accustomed to eating whatever I like whenever I like. I’m sick of yo-yoing and I just know it can’t be healthy for my body. I still have an acceptable figure, but it’s time for me to take my health back. Optimal health and an ideal weight is the goal.
Inspired by the AHA fasting journal, I realized that my minimum acceptable weight is 154 lbs. My previous goal was 150, but at that weight I start looking like a q-tip lol. My maximum acceptable weight is 164 lbs, where I’m thick and curvy but my tummy is still flat. I know that’s a huge window, so my goal is to maintain 154-159 lbs.
